This is the place to rediscover your aliveness, your freedom, your truth. Together we celebrate all that we are, all that we feel and all that we need to express or embody. It's all welcome here. You will leave uplifted and expanded, centred and grounded, connected from body through to soul.
Please arrive in good time to leave bags and shoes downstairs, catch-up with friends and drink your cacao before coming upstairs to warm up. It's important that we create the container for this experience together and you are a part of that from the beginning.
We dance without shoes, drugs or alcohol and we ask for the dance floor to be kept free from chat. There is a chill-out room downstairs if you need some time out or a space to talk.
