Good to know

Come with us and cosy up in a living room humming with the sense of home. Spiced aromas fill the air, comfy cushions fill the floor. All there is to do is to snuggle into the soulful sound of story.

In this intimate autumn evening, Yoyo invites us to embrace the hidden ways we are human. Yoyo will share a tale from their interwoven landscape of stories - full of love, truth and magic. There’ll be a chance to reflect on what the story means to you, and perhaps (if you want to) to share a story of your own in the moment.

In the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of Kopi & Chai, Dave will be our ever welcoming compere and Kat will be warming our hands and bellies with drinks & snacks as we enjoy each other’s good company!

Doors 19:00 - time to settle and sip your cuppa

Start 19:30 - please be settled in before then!

Bring - a cushion, a blanket or something soft to sit on. And warm socks - we’ll be going shoes off!

The ticket is paid in two parts:

  1. Up front - A £5 ticket up front lets us know you’re coming - it covers the cost & makes sure the event can happen.
  2. Pay what you like - The second payment is made at the end of the evening via a link. We ask for at least £1, which helps to cover the artistry, energy and running of the event. It also helps more of these events to happen! We encourage you to pay an amount that feels right to you.

If a free ticket is a more appropriate match for you, get in touch: heyyoyolistens@gmail.com.

No need to sign up to share a story, we’ll see in the moment what arises.
