Nia is a joyful form of movement to music for fitness, mind and body wellbeing. Classes are one hour, and everyone, of all ages, levels of fitness and mobility. The movement is inspired by dance, yoga and martial arts to condition the body, increase awareness, calm the nervous system and experience pleasure in movement.
